Pony Express Auto Wash ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the services we provide at our wash in Yukon, Oklahoma.

We may collect information you give us directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, and payment details when you sign up for an unlimited wash club, claim a free wash, submit a form on this website, or contact us. When you use our website, we may also collect standard technical information such as device and browser type and basic usage analytics.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and manage your wash club or free-wash offer, process payments, respond to your questions, send you account and service updates, and — where you have opted in — send marketing messages. We also use it to operate, improve, and secure our services.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share information with service providers only when it is necessary to deliver our services (for example, payment processing or text-message delivery), and only under agreements that require them to protect your information. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages, and out of text messages by replying STOP (see the SMS section below). You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at (405) 245-4981.

Text Message (SMS) Program

By providing your mobile number — for example, to claim a free wash, join a wash club, or take part in a fundraiser — you consent to receive text messages from Pony Express Auto Wash related to your account, offers, and car wash updates, including marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile information for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

Unlimited Wash Club Terms & Conditions

An unlimited wash club provides unlimited washes at the purchased plan level, for one vehicle, on a recurring monthly basis for each month the plan is renewed. The plan automatically renews until you cancel. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or change the program as we feel necessary. Membership can be canceled at any time. No refunds or credits are given for partial periods. We reserve the right to close the wash at times due to weather or maintenance, with or without notice.

The club price is per vehicle. Each plan is valid only for the vehicle it is purchased for. Using your plan on a different vehicle may result in that vehicle being added to your plan and the associated increase in monthly charges.

By enrolling, you agree that the credit or debit card you provide may be charged automatically on each renewal, and you waive any right to withhold or delay payment of those charges. The club cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
